The 29th Annual Organ Transplantation Conference of the Chinese Medical Association was successfully held, and AlloDx presented a number of collaborative research results

From October 17 to October 20, 2024, the 29th Chinese Medical Association Annual Conference on Organ Transplantation (CSOT2024) and a series of activities to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the Chinese Medical Association were successfully held in Chongqing, the hot hot pot capital. This event was hosted by the Chinese Medical Association and the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and hosted by the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. With the theme of "Practice, Innovation, Determination, and Achievement", the conference attracted more than 2,000 experts, scholars and clinical medical workers from the field of organ donation and transplantation at home and abroad to participate in the conference to discuss the future of transplantation science. As a team specializing in the field of accurate detection of organ transplantation, AlloDx was fortunate to participate in collaborative research results, including 4 oral speeches, 2 poster presentations, and 1 written exchange selected for this conference.

The research results of Professor Cheng Dongrui of the National Kidney Disease Clinical Research Center of the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital - "Routine detection of ddcfDNA is closely related to long-term prognosis after kidney transplantation" and "Continuous routine detection of ddcfDNA assists quide the diagnosis and treatment of subclinical rejection" - were respectively invited to give keynote speeches at the kidney transplantation and international and youth special venues on the 18th of the conference, exploring the clinical value of ddcfDNA and the diagnostic value of subclinical rejection from a new perspective.

In addition, AlloDx also comprehensively demonstrated the company's complete technical landscape in the field of organ transplantation to Chinese and foreign transplant experts for the first time. Projects including post-transplant injury monitoring ddcfDNA technology, MCD/FSGS new marker Nephrin hematuria joint detection, as well as whole-exome gene detection for hereditary kidney disease, polymethyl joint prediction of hormone-resistant nephrotic syndrome and other projects have attracted the attention and heated discussion of transplantation experts and scholars at home and abroad, and have been highly recognized and affirmed.

This conference proposed the goal of strengthening collaboration among R&D institutions and realizing the Chineseization of evidence sources for guidelines in the field of organ transplantation based on clinical technology and experience. With the emergence of more and more innovative technologies and the deepening of international cooperation, AlloDx expects to participate more extensively and deeply in the clinical research of organ transplantation and will actively contribute to scientific research and innovation, jointly help the domestic organ transplantation field move to a higher level, and bring hope and good news to more patients.
