AlloDx Presents Two Research Posters at CCSN 2025
On October 22, the 28th Academic Annual Conference of the Nephrology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (CCSN 2025) officially opened at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. With the theme of "Innovation Leading the Future of Kidney Health", this conference brought together well-known experts and scholars in the field of kidney disease in China to discuss cutting-edge advances in the discipline. The conference was held concurrently to mark the 110th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Medical Association.
At the same time, the meeting held events to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Medical Association and the 45th anniversary of the founding of the Nephrology Branch. AlloDx (AlloDx), as a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the field of accurate diagnosis of kidney disease, was invited to participate in the conference for the first time and showcased a number of innovative testing products and research results.

There were more than 12,000 submissions to this conference, and the poster acceptance rate was less than 10%. Two cutting-edge research studies by AlloDx - "BK virus rapid LAMP detection technology" and "Complement system antigen-antibody dual-targeted adjacent extension analysis technology (AADT-PEA)" were successfully selected for poster presentation, attracting widespread attention from participating experts.
01 Complement system antigen-antibody dual-targeted proximity extension analysis technology (AADT-PEA)For the first time, this technology can simultaneously detect 11 complement factors and autoantibodies. It is significantly better than the traditional ELISA method in terms of linear correlation (R² > 0.996) and detection sensitivity, providing an efficient and high-throughput new tool for the accurate diagnosis of renal diseases related to complement abnormalities.
02 BK virus rapid LAMP detection technologyBased on loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technology, a colorimetric method was developed that can complete the detection of BK virus in 20 minutes, with a detection limit of 10⁴ copies/μl, which is much faster than the 5 hours required by traditional detection methods. This technology provides a rapid and sensitive virus monitoring tool for patients after kidney transplantation, which helps early intervention and protection of transplanted kidney function.

Relying on self-developed underlying patented technology and a full-chain integrated innovation platform, AlloDx has achieved closed-loop capabilities from marker discovery, reagent equipment development to clinical verification and artificial intelligence data analysis, and has established core testing products covering multiple dimensions such as genetic risk, precise diagnosis, transplant management, and prognosis assessment. Its debut at this conference attracted many participants to stop and communicate.
