Four AlloDx Studies, Including SuperNAT Research, Selected for WCN 2026
The 2026 World Congress on Nephrology (WCN 2026) will be held from March 28 to 31 at Pacifico Yokohama, Japan. As an important academic conference in the field of global kidney disease, this conference covers multiple topics such as scientific research, education, clinical care and policy advocacy.
01 Four research results were selected for poster presentation
Relying on its continuous research and development accumulation in the field of accurate detection, AlloDx has successfully selected four research projects for poster presentation at this conference. The research directions include genetic diagnosis of end-stage renal disease (ESRD), application of complement detection technology, serological detection of glomerular diseases, and accurate monitoring of transplant rejection.

02 SuperNAT returns to the international stage
After its debut at ASN 2025, AlloDx SuperNAT detection technology will once again appear on the international academic stage. Nephrin antibodies are regarded as highly potential biomarkers for podocyte diseases such as minimal change disease (MCD) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). Because the antibody content is extremely small and susceptible to interference, there is still a lack of stable and universal detection methods worldwide. The Super Nephrin Antibody Trap (SuperNAT) detection technology independently developed by AlloDx has been systematically optimized on the basis of the traditional ELISA method. It uses an innovative "magnetic bead antigen capture" combined with "background subtraction" strategy to effectively overcome the interference of high-abundance proteins in serum. When 45 U/mL is used as the positive determination threshold, the positive detection rate of the SuperNAT method is 55%, which is 48.6% higher than the traditional ELISA method. In complex sample matrices, the lowest limit of detection (LOD) of this technology can reach 3 U/mL, and it is compatible with automated detection and is suitable for large-scale screening.
03 We sincerely invite you to visit our booth for exchanges and discussions.
AlloDx adheres to the concept of "openness, collaboration, and win-win". In addition to poster academic seminars, we will introduce the SuperNAT technology platform and the company's R&D pipeline in detail at the booth (Booth 21, Hall B), and focus on topics such as multi-center clinical verification cooperation, technology transformation and application, and global market collaboration. We hope to take this opportunity to establish in-depth dialogue and cooperation with nephrology experts, clinicians and scientific research institutions around the world.
Colleagues from all walks of life are sincerely invited to visit the AlloDx booth for exchanges and guidance during the conference:
