The 2025 Academic Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Organ Transplantation (CSOT 2025), an annual event in the field of domestic organ transplantation medicine, was grandly held in Changchun, Jilin from October 23 to 25. CSOT is the highest academic level event in the field of organ transplantation in China, bringing together well-known experts at home and abroad to jointly promote the development of the discipline. At this conference, the latest research results of AlloDx and clinical cooperation on the application of donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) in kidney transplantation were given oral reports and poster presentations at the conference respectively.
Oral report

At this annual transplant conference, AlloDx brought the team’s latest research and development results—the second-generation liquid biopsy technology cPRISM-seq (Cis-Parallel Read Integrated SNP and Methylation Sequencing). Different from the traditional cfDNA methylation traceability method, this technology achieves the simultaneous capture of SNP and methylation dual markers on the same reads, improving the accuracy of the traditional traceability method by an order of magnitude - significantly reducing the original traceability error of up to 20% to 1%, marking that non-invasive dd-cfDNA detection is realizing a leap from the 1.0 "total detection" era to the 2.0 "traceability and positioning" era. (Report title:"Diagnosis of organ-specific damage after combined pancreas-kidney transplantation using ddcfDNA based on cPRISM-seq technology")
Poster presentation one
Professor Cheng Dongrui's team from the National Kidney Disease Center of the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital shared the research result "dd-cfDNA change amplitude is significantly related to the prognosis of transplanted kidneys", discussed the correlation between dd-cfDNA levels and their changing trends and the recovery of renal function in kidney transplant patients, and evaluated its value in prognostic judgment. This study found that the dynamic decline of dd-cfDNA was better than the absolute value of a single baseline, allowing for a more accurate assessment of treatment response and graft damage repair.
Poster presentation two
Professor Li Ning's team from Shanxi Second People's Hospital shared the research results of "The Application Value of Donor Cell-free DNA Detection in Kidney Transplantation" and found that simultaneous blood + urine dd-cfDNA detection has excellent diagnostic accuracy for antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) after kidney transplantation and can indicate the risk of BKVN early.
As an innovative technology company deeply involved in the field of precision transplantation diagnosis, AlloDx has always been committed to continuous exploration at the forefront of precision transplantation medicine, providing clinical precision testing solutions for the entire cycle from preoperative matching to postoperative management.
