The group and its subsidiaries have successively won the qualifications of national high-tech enterprises and science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises from the Ministry of Science and Technology, and received support from Shanghai Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Innovation Fund and the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Technological Innovation 2030 - Four Major Chronic Disease Projects" and other national-level projects.
AlloDx has built a full-chain integrated innovative R&D platform from omics marker discovery, raw material and material research and development, reagent and equipment development, clinical research verification to artificial intelligence data analysis. The total laboratory area exceeds 2,300 square meters, covering multiple functional areas such as immunoassay, P2 laboratory, standardized PCR, cell culture and protein purification, and has independent third-party medical laboratory qualifications. The company has 18 core invention patents, 23 software copyrights, and has jointly published 27 SCI papers, with continuous fruitful scientific research results.
AlloDx attaches great importance to clinical cooperation and achievement transformation. The company's core detection product, donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) detection, is the first product in China with independent intellectual property rights that has been successfully launched and widely used in clinical applications. Relevant research results have been invited to be presented at annual organ transplant conferences in the United States, Europe and internationally for many times, and have provided technical support for a number of national industry standards such as the "Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Donor-Sourced Cell-Free DNA Detection in Kidney Transplantation". At present, the product accounts for more than 90% of the domestic market, covering nearly 50 transplant centers, and the marketing network has reached more than 70% of the target tertiary hospitals.
