Complement Testing
Blood, urine sC5b-9, C5a, C3, FB, C3NeF, FH, anti-FH Ab, FI, Ba, C3a and other complement-related directions. Specific sample types and indicator combinations are confirmed by project.
COMPLEMENT PATHWAYS
In the complement pathway, find where to detect
The three activation pathways converge at C3 and C5, and then enter the terminal pathway. The turquoise “test” mark corresponds to AlloDx’s complement-related test items.

- C3、FB:Complement component; FB participates in alternative C3 convertase formation.
- C3a、C5a、Ba:Corresponding to the activated fragments produced by C3, C5, and FB cleavage, respectively.
- C3NeF:Autoantibodies associated with the stability of alternative C3 convertase.
- FH、FI、anti-FH Ab:Regulators of alternative pathways and anti-FH autoantibodies.
- sC5b-9:Soluble terminal complement complex, with blood and urine related testing items.
Please confirm with the AlloDx technical team for the sample requirements, testing methods and combinations of each project.
Path reference:Reactome · Bypass activation、complement regulation、terminal pathway. Test items are organized based on AlloDx’s existing pages.

Soluble C5b-9 Assay Kit
Soluble C5b-9 detection: insight into complement activation and precise protection of every immune response. What traces will complement activation leave? In the final stage of complement activation, C5b, C6, C7, C8 and multiple C9s assemble into the membrane attack complex (MAC), which aggregates to form pores on the cell membrane. And when…
