Purpose
For in vitro detection of anti-Nephrin autoantibodies in human serum and plasma, for scientific research use only.
Detection principle
This kit uses an indirect ELISA method based on magnetic beads.
Detection advantages
The Nephrin antibody content in serum is less than 0.00015%, which is susceptible to interference from high-abundance proteins (such as heterophilic antibodies, etc.), and the reproducibility of operations by different personnel and at different times is poor. AlloDx highly sensitive Nephrin antibody detection can capture trace amounts of Nephrin antibody molecules as low as 3U/mL.
