Job description

• 1. Sample reception: Responsible for receiving samples from designated hospitals in cities, genetic testing samples submitted by customers, and checking the consistency of sample information with customer information.
• 2. Sample inspection: Conduct a preliminary inspection of the received samples, including the integrity of the samples, clarity of identification, compliance with testing requirements, etc., record the inspection results, and organize and analyze the sample data.
• 3. Sample records: Establish and maintain sample receipt records, record the sample reception time, customer information, sample status and other information in detail to ensure the traceability of sample information.
• 4. Sample transportation: According to the prescribed process and timetable, the samples will be packaged and sent to the designated genetic testing laboratory as soon as possible.
• 5. Customer service: Provide customers with consulting services on sample reception, testing procedures, result inquiries, etc., answer customer questions, and improve customer satisfaction.
• 6. Information security: Strictly abide by the company's security and confidentiality regulations on customer information and sample information to ensure the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• 1. Educational background: College degree or above in medicine, biology or related majors, with basic knowledge and operational skills in related fields. Fresh graduates are accepted.
• 2. Professional skills: Be familiar with the genetic testing process and technical requirements, understand the basic knowledge of sample processing, transportation and storage, and master the relevant operating skills and the use of instruments and equipment.
• 3. Communication skills: Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to communicate effectively with customers, and answer customer questions.
• 4. Work attitude: Work seriously, responsibly, and carefully, with good team spirit and sense of responsibility.
• 5. Other requirements: Be able to adapt to sample collection work within the city, and have certain pressure resistance and adaptability.

working hours

9:00-11:30, 13:00-17:30, weekends and weekends, samples need to be received during breaks
