Molecular diagnostic reagent R&D engineer

Job description

• 1. Responsible for the technical evaluation of the company's molecular diagnostic reagent product research and development projects, including competitive product analysis, technical feasibility demonstration and product development plan design of molecular diagnostic reagent products;
• 2. Responsible for or organize the implementation of the research and development of molecular diagnostic reagent products, including the screening of key raw materials, performance evaluation, production process research and clinical research, etc.;
• 3. Responsible for or assisting in the preparation of various technical documents, including registration information and system documents, production conversion process and quality inspection documents, product promotion technical support documents, etc.;
• 4. Assist in product production transformation and marketing promotion technical support;
• 5. Participate in or be responsible for the company’s molecular diagnostics foreign technical cooperation projects;
• 6. Complete other related tasks assigned by the company or department leaders.

Qualifications

• 1. Master degree or above in molecular biology, biomedical engineering or medical laboratory related majors, proficient in PCR, cell-free DNA methylation library construction, gene sequencing and other molecular diagnostic related technologies are preferred;
• 2. Clear thinking, strong logical thinking ability, strong research spirit and ability to analyze and solve problems;
• 3. Familiar with NCBI and other related databases, the use of software related to PCR design and gene sequence analysis;
• 4. Have strong English reading and writing skills and be proficient in reading professional English literature;
• 5. Good teamwork spirit, good at communication, proactive, strong coordination and execution skills.
