Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for cost accounting and expense analysis, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial and tax data and reports, managing ledgers, and cooperating with the improvement and implementation of financial systems;
2. Handle current accounts on a daily basis, review purchase and sales contracts and reimbursement vouchers, etc.;
3. Carry out overall corporate tax planning, be responsible for tax declarations and annual audits, and communicate with external parties such as tax authorities and banks;
4. Strictly control company risks and compliance, report problems in a timely manner, solve them promptly or make reasonable suggestions;
5. Complete other financial tasks assigned by leadership.
Positionrequest
1. The university requires a bachelor degree or above, financial, accounting, auditing and other related professional backgrounds, and an understanding of accounting regulations and tax laws;
2. Have more than 3 years of financial work experience in medical companies, be familiar with the preparation of financial accounting statements, and have strong data sensitivity;
3. Proficient in financial processing software and office software, such as Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.;
4. Have strong communication and teamwork skills, and be able to maintain good communication with colleagues in different departments;
5. Applicants holding intermediate accountant certificate will be given priority.
Working hours:9:00-11:30, 13:00-18:00, weekends and weekends
